Taking on Finland
On Thursday Dec 28 the Peewee AE's took on a team from Espoo Finland at the Wayne Gretzky International Hockey Tournament in Brantford. There was a lot of nervous anticipation, but once the puck was dropped the boys went to work and came away with the win. Pins were exchanged after the game and in a great show of sportsmanship both teams gathered at centre ice for a joint team picture. A great time was had by all in a game that we won't soon forget.
