On Sunday this great group of boys travelled to Barrie to play Game 6 of the OMHA Championship with the series tied at 5 pts each. After a very exciting back and forth game this group found themselves down 3-2 with under 10 minutes to play. We dug deep, put the team first and worked hard to tie it up with 6 minutes left. This incredible group kept working as a team and with 49 seconds left in the game scored the go ahead goal. An empty net goal ensured the Red Hats and the OMHA championship were coming to home to Centre Wellington with us.
There was nothing better than seeing these boys capture this championship together. Playing as a
TEAM and working hard all season long has paid off, those big smiles say it all.
We couldn't be prouder of or happier for this team. Well done boys!

We will be holding a pizza party for the boys after practice on Friday March 23rd from 6pm to approx 715pm in the mezzanine above Pad A at the Sportsplex. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be provided, the boys should be ready for pick up between 715-730pm.

Last week we traveled to Pelham to participate in the International Silver Stick Finals. This great group of boys worked hard, chose to play as a team and earned themselves a spot in the championship game. In the finals we came up against very good TNT team. We gave it everything we had in the end dropped a heartbreaker 4-3. This group battled till the very last second and should all be
VERY proud of themselves for playing as a team and bringing home the Silver medal from this prestigious tournament.
We look to keep this great season going as we begin our march to the OMHA championship on Thursday night.
