OMHA Champions
On Sunday this great group of boys travelled to Barrie to play Game 6 of the OMHA Championship with the series tied at 5 pts each. After a very exciting back and forth game this group found themselves down 3-2 with under 10 minutes to play. We dug deep, put the team first and worked hard to tie it up with 6 minutes left. This incredible group kept working as a team and with 49 seconds left in the game scored the go ahead goal. An empty net goal ensured the Red Hats and the OMHA championship were coming to home to Centre Wellington with us.
There was nothing better than seeing these boys capture this championship together. Playing as a TEAM and working hard all season long has paid off, those big smiles say it all.
We couldn't be prouder of or happier for this team. Well done boys!
