Please leave name and address. This is who the cheque will be made out to.

Refunds requested before the season starts will be granted at 100% of the original fee, returned to your credit card or a cheque will be mailed to you. These will be processed within 5 days of the request.

Refunds requested after the season has started will be in accordance to the CWMHA refund policy which can be found in our Terms and Conditions and also on the Registration Fee tab under Registration.
