** Amendments to the Rules of Operation and Bylaws must be submitted to the Administrator of CWMHA ([email protected]) no later than May 1, 2025.
** Any member in good standing of CWMHA who wishes to speak on a topic at the AGM must make such request in writing, to the Administrator, no later than May 1, 2025.
** Nominations for Elected positions must be received by the Administrator by May 1, 2025. These will be posted by May 5, 2025.
** Nominations for all other positions must be received by the Administrator prior to the AGM.
