Great Start to the Season!
Going into the Kitchener Early Bird tournament this team was hoping to be competitive after being moved up from the MD (AE) to the A division. We well exceeded our expectations and came home with the Silver Medal!
This group of boys came together as a team, played hard and came up with a 2-0-1 record in the round robin. All that hard work earned us a birth in the semi finals where we met a very good team from Southpointe PA. Playing as a team we won 4-1 setting up a date with a strong New Hamburg team in the finals. We worked hard and played as a team but came up short losing 4-1 in a game that was much closer than the score reflects.
We couldn't be prouder of each and every one of our boys and can't wait to see where this group takes us this season!
