As the sun sets on another year of hockey, we would like to congratulate all of our players on a great season. Each and every one of you have achieved greatness in our eyes! We saw great strides in every players personal development on the ice and could not be prouder of how you all came together as a team and supported one another. After a rough start this team pulled together and got the job done! We defeated Belle River in 4 games earning us a spot in the OMHA semi finals. When we put the #TeamFirst, work hard there is no stopping us! Prior to the beginning of this series one of our teammates suffered a family tragedy, we can't express how proud we are of our team and fusion family in supporting one of our own.  #TeamFirst

This great group of boys battled hard in the Prelims to post a 6-0 record finishing first place in our grouping. We are moving on to the OMHA Quarter Finals and will play Belle River starting next weekend in a first team to 6 point series. As you can see the boys are pretty excited about it! You should all be very proud of your accomplishments so far, we still have a lot of work to do but we are headed in the right direction. With a big win last night against Stoney Creek this great group of boys earned their 50th win on the season! This accomplishment was achieved with lots of hard work and a commitment from everyone to put the #TeamFirst  We couldn't be prouder of everyone, let's keep this great season rolling!

What a week and what a finish!  A week that got off to a slow start ended in dramatic fashion! These boys never gave up, in the finals we were up against a very good Kitchener team. We played hard, put the #TeamFirst and tied up the final game with under a minute to go. A very exciting 3 on 3 sudden death overtime ended with the CW Fusion on top! To top off a great week and exciting finals all the boys got to meet the Great One's dad - Walter Gretzky. We couldn't be prouder of this great group of boys, hard work and teamwork paid off!
