Novice AE - Belle River Weekend
Hello Everyone,
We have a busy and exciting weekend ahead of us!
I believe most families will be arriving Thursday evening. I would like to note that breakfast does not open until 6:30am on Friday, there will be no breakfast provided by the hotel before our first game. As always, arrive 1 hour prior to game time in your Fusion wear. The kids need to be in Fusion wear any time we will be at the arena. Coach Stephen has requested that the kids NOT swim in between games. Friday night there will be curfew that Coach Stephen will address with the boys after their second game. PLEASE have your child well rested and in bed at a reasonable time on Thursday.
Friday:
Our first game is bright and early, 7:30am @ the Atlas Tube Centre, Rink C, 477 Renaud Line Rd, Lakeshore.
Our second game, 1:15pm @ the Atlas Tube Centre, Rink B, 477 Renaud Line Rd, Lakeshore.
2:20pm pizza party provided for the team by the tournament.
CP Christmas Train event is at the CP Rail Yard @ Erie St. West and Janette St. Arrival is 5:20pm and the show will run from 6-6:30pm. This is an optional event but please make sure everyone is dressed well for the weather. Estimated walking distance from the hotel is 22 mins and to the restaurant is 26 mins. I do NOT know what the parking situation would be if you chose to drive.
Team dinner will be at 7pm @ Eastwoods Grill and Lounge, 63 Riverside Dr. East. This is a 4 min walk from the hotel.
Saturday:
Our first game, 11:30am @ the Atlas Tube Centre, Rink C, 477 Renaud Line Rd, Lakeshore.
Our second game, 5pm @ WFCU Centre Main Bowl, 8787 McHugh, Windsor.
Sunday:
We will not know until Saturday evening if and when we play Sunday. Fingers crossed :)
