Fundraising for the 2018-2019 Hockey Season

Brief introduction my name is Amy Patterson and my son is Noah. I ran the fundraising last year and was delighted to be asked again this year. I think last year was a trial for everyone and going forward this year I hope we have just as much success!! Last year we made over 4000 dollars just through fundraising. We also received money back at the end of the year which is always nice! We had amazing parent and player participation last year and I know we will have the same this year. That being said, I hope to see everyone out and participating in our fundraising activities.

June Friends and Family Bottle Drive

Over the month of June are asking all the players to collect bottles from family and friends and return them. When you return them post on the BBM group and we will get a tally of who brings in the most money. 

**THE WINNER OF THE JUNE BOTTLE DRIVE WILL GET TO PUT A PIE IN COACH STEPHEN’S FACE!!!!**

Team Bottle Drive July 21st

On Saturday morning will we have all the players divided into teams with parent volunteers to go door to door to collect bottles from their neighbourhoods. Meet up time will be around 9:00am with a start time of 9:30am. At 11:30- 12:00 we will all meet at Coach Stephens so the parent volunteers can sort and take our haul to the Beer Store for 2pm.

Coach Sandra has generously offered her pool for the players to go for a swim and team party after the bottle drive!

More details will be coming regarding groups and meeting points in the next couple of weeks.
