Dryland Training/ Testing

Location: Fergus
· Bring a water bottle with good old fashioned water in it.
· Wear running shoes
· Athletic clothes (including a top and/or bottom layer over your t-shirt and shorts if the weather looks a little cooler)
· Be on time… 20 burpees to latecomers.
· Try not to eat right before you arrive (you may feel sick during dryland if you eat right before)
· If you need a small snack before practice, bring that too (granola bar or some fruit… nothing too heavy)
