We started the Ajax tournament against the Quinte West Hawks and fought hard all game coming back 3 times and breaking the 44 tie with a short handed goal to finally end up with a hard fought 6-5 victory.
We had to play our second game of the day 1.5 hours later against the Markham Waxers and the team came out like it was there first game of the day taking the play to the other team in building a 5-0 lead. The Wavers did not give up and scored a late goal that the team replied to a little over a minute later to come away with a 6-1 victory.
We play game 3 tomorrow at 11:30 am against the New castle Stars then we will have our 4th game against the Oshawa Hawks at 4:30 pm to see if we move on to the semi-finals on Monday, go Fusion.
