GAMESHEET IPAD APP - GAME SCORING

Centre Wellington Minor Hockey uses the GameSheet app - a digital version of a paper score sheet - to score all regular season Local League, Select, Minor Development and Representative hockey games. U9 Local League also uses GameSheet for scorekeeping after the transition to full ice games. Regular season games will be loaded into the app but exhibition games will need to be created at the time of the game. Please ensure you have adequate time before your game to load and review the information in the app

Games are scored using this app and are uploaded upon completion by the timekeeper, where the score will automatically be "pushed" to the website and be visible. If you do not see your score posted within 24 hours of the games completion, contact the Administrator ([email protected]).

CWMHA has 6 iPads that can be used for games; 4 at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex, and 2 at the Jefferson Elora Community Centre. All coaches have been given instructions on where they are stored, and are not to share this information with anyone outside of bench staff.

You may also use your own iPads if you wish. For instructions on how to do this, and login information, please contact the Administrator ([email protected]). Please be aware that CWMHA is not liable for any damages related to the use of your own iPad.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*

Invitation Codes will be sent out to each coach individually. This is for access to the GameSheet Dashboard through your phone or personal computer. The invitation code given is not connected to the iPad in any way. THESE ARE NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANY PARENTS. Please use this for your own record keeping only.
Do not adjust the player or coach list in GameSheet. This needs to be identical to the roster given to you by the administrator. If it is not, there will be suspensions issued as a result of having an unrostered player or adult on the team. If there are any questions or confirmation needed about who is rostered to the team, please contact the Registrar ([email protected]).
