This past weekend, in the middle of a busy stretch of practices and games, our U11B CW Fusion players and their families made a special trip to the Wellington Children’s Foundation in Guelph to take part in the Adopt-A-Family initiative.
These 9- and 10-year-old boys delivered gifts and essential items for a well-deserving family — and the smiles on their faces said everything. They knew they were making someone's holiday a little brighter, and they were so proud to be part of something bigger than hockey. π
A huge shoutout to team manager Sierra Belletti and community outreach leads Ashley Davison and Hayley Avery for organizing this meaningful experience — and to all 17 of our incredible players for leading with heart.
This team truly embodies their philosophy:
“Help build good humans — build good hockey players by default.”
What an amazing example of community, compassion, and Fusion pride. πππ
