Centre Wellington Minor Hockey Association is deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Jen Charlton.
Her loss was unexpected, and our community joins her family in their profound sorrow.
Jen's husband Marc and son Cameron are valued members of our hockey family, serving as referees for many years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Marc, Cameron, Dalen, and all of Jen's family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
