Arthur Minor Hockey move to a Local League Centre
Any Arthur Minor Hockey members who are looking to move to a rep centre will need to complete a Right of Choice Declaration.
Attached below is a copy of the form. Your centre of choice will be dependant on a distance calculation to new home centre. If you are hoping to move your child to CWMH, please reach out to Brandy at
[email protected]. This will need to be completed before tryouts to qualify for a rep team in the 2023/2024 season.
