Permission to Skate/NRP Requests for the 2023/2024 Season
For those wishing to tryout for a AAA or AA centre this year, please submit your request for the appropriate form under the Registration Tab. Permission to Skate forms are for Guelph/Waterloo AAA tryouts. Non-resident passports are for 1 OMHA AA centre of your choosing. NRP documents are issued after players are released from AAA tryouts.
