The Ontario government announced today that all those entering an arena as a spectator to minor sport who are 12+ must be vaccinated against Covid-19.

Any family requesting a refund for any reason can do so under the Registration tab on the Refund Request form and will be granted at 100%.
Once your child has stepped on the ice (after Sept 15), refunds will be granted according to our Rules of Operation and as listed in our Terms and Conditions when registering.
Refunds for any player withdrawing from CWMHA may be granted according to the date the Refund Request form is submitted and in the amount as follows:
Refunds requested up until the end of September: 90%
Refunds requested from Oct 1-31: 75%
Refunds requested from Nov 1-30: 60%
Refunds requested from Dec 1-31: 40%
No refunds will be granted after Dec 31 of any season.
