More Information re: OMHA Vaccination Policy and Accommodations
Please note that the latest version of the OMHA vaccination policy has been posted to our website under Health and Safety.
Please become familiar with this policy. It applies to everyone born in 2009 and older. Should you require an accommodation, requests must be made directly to the OMHA via the link we have provided under Health and Safety. These are not heard by CWMHA. Also note that the OMHA deadline for vaccination (Oct 31) includes the 2 week period past second dose. This means second doses must be administered by Oct 17 latest. For anyone requiring a refund, the link for refund requests is also under the Registration tab and our refund policy is below. Anyone requesting a refund before the program has had their first skate will be granted at 100%.
