CWMHA Season Update - January 2021
We wanted to provide an update to our membership on the outlook for the rest of the 2020/2021 season.
We held an executive meeting earlier this week in which we were able to share updates from the OHF, OMHA and the township. Unfortunately, due to the on-going provincial lockdown, we will be unable to meet our commitments for Session 2 which was due to begin earlier this month. Those who pre-registered and paid via credit card will have a refund issued to that card within the next 7 days. Receipts will be forwarded to the primary email address on the player's profile. Payments made by e-transfer will be refunded via cheque and mailed to the primary mailing address on the player's profile.
Current information indicates our earliest return date might be Feb 12. If this is the case and we return to the orange level of the province's COVID-19 response framework, we will plan to complete the programming we began in Session 1.
The OHF has announced that all tryouts for the 2021/2022 season will take place this fall. Season structure and other changes will be announced as they are confirmed by our governing bodies.
