Update to Games and Scrimmage in Orange

After much back and forth, it has been confirmed with the MEOC that there is no change to the Orange level of restriction regarding games and scrimmages.  It is still showing on the Ontario.ca website, but should be corrected shortly.  There will be no change to our current programming while we remain in Orange.
