Some Common Questions Answered
It's a confusing year. Here is a list of some common questions we are seeing. Hope it helps!
If you received a receipt for your child, your child is registered. You receive this from Hockey Canada, not CWMHA. This has not changed from prior years.
All payments are due by Oct 1, 2020.
There is no ice in CW until Oct 5 so our programming will begin that week if CWMH and the facilities receive all the required approvals.
There is no rep program this phase. The players are tiered based on ability into 4 or 5 teams of 10 players each, which will be their bubble for the duration of Phase 1.
There will be no travelling to play other centres for any reason during Phase 1.
The next communication you will receive is from your child's coach. This is standard procedure for local league. Our Directors are working through team placement now.
COVID 19 Screening and Facility protocols will be posted under the COVID 19 tab of our website as they are approved by the Township, Public Health, the OMHA and the OHF.
We are currently in Phase 3B. You can find this chart under the COVID 19 tab on our website. Our programming plan requires movement to 3C before we can begin 3 on 3 game play. Should this be pushed back due to the current climate of the pandemic, we will be continuing in Phase 3B programming.
An updated refund policy has been added to the COVID 19 tab on our website. Please make sure you are familiar.
Each and every one of our volunteers are working on this. Please use the About Us page to contact the appropriate person for your question to save time for you and us.
