Please note that we will be holding our annual AGM on Sunday August 30, 2020 at the outdoor pavilion behind the CW Sportsplex. Registration will begin at 6:30 and the meeting will start at 7pm.
All Parents/Guardians with Players registered with Centre Wellington Minor Hockey this past season (2019-2020) are invited to attend.
Amendments to the Rules of Operation and Bylaws must be submitted to the Administrator of CWMHA no later August 23, 2020.
Any member in good standing of CWMHA who wishes to speak on a topic at the AGM must make such request in writing, to the Administrator, no later than August 23, 2020
Elected Positions
The election of Directors will take place at the AGM of Membership on August 30, 2020. No election of a Board Member is effective without consent given from that Member prior to election. Nominations for these positions must be received prior to August 23, 2020.

Appointed Positions
Applications for an appointed position must be submitted in writing to the Administrator of CWMHA prior to the AGM to be held on August 30, 2020. Applications will be reviewed following the election of the executive committee at the AGM. The successful applicants will be notified prior to the first CWMHA Board Meeting at the end of September. The appointments will take effect following notification. No appointment of a Board Member is effective without the consent given from that member prior to the appointment.
