All Parents with Players registered with Centre Wellington Minor Hockey this past season (2023-2024) are invited to attend.
** Amendments to the Rules of Operation and Bylaws must be submitted to the Administrator of CWMHA ([email protected]) no later than April 23, 2024.
** Any member in good standing of CWMHA who wishes to speak on a topic at the AGM must make such request in writing, to the Administrator, no later than April 23, 2024.
** Nominations for Elected positions must be received by the Administrator by April 23, 2024. These will be posted by May 1, 2024.
** Nominations for Appointed positions must be received by the Administrator prior to the AGM.
